Transitions in life can be very difficult. Whether it is a loved one who has died, leaving a house full of possessions, or someone in the family is moving into a nursing home or assisted living; we can help. Sarah and her assistants specialize in clearing out the house and disposing of the contents in a compassionate, competent, and timely manner. - Advise you and/or the family on what should be kept, what should be sold, what should be donated, and what should be recycled.
- Organize and rightsize an entire lifetime's worth of accumulation.
- Physically administer total content removal.
- Help you sell your valuables, fine furniture, collections, and the like. We can coordinate with our auctioneer, estate sale company, antiques expert, and appraisers so that desired items are sold in the proper market at the best price.
- Coordinate your move with a moving company or pack PODS or moving containers for storage or removal.
- Paint the inside or outside of your current house to get it sale-ready. (We have a house painter on staff.)
- Repair all defects on the house, including repairing drywall, replacing carpet and flooring, rehanging doors, replacing rotten shingles and so on. (We have a carpenter on staff.)
- Coordinate with a Realtor to get the property on the market as fast as possible.
We try not to add to our already overflowing landfills; everything possible will be "recycled, redirected or repurposed."
